Overview

Having impressed BTAL with the success we achieved through a one-off press release, Source was asked to look at the website.

The site was complicated to navigate, badly optimised and didn't give any information about the courses and training facilities. As a result it was not generating any business for the association.

Working with BTAL

Source completely redesigned the site to provide the visitor with as much information as they needed.

Each course was listed under appropriate sections such as 'Business Improvement' and 'Personal Development', and a brief overview was given detailing who would benefit. If relevant the visitor could then click through for full details and either book it online or request more information.

Most of the pages on the site were editable so new courses could be added and latest news stories could be uploaded.

Source also improved the SEO so that BTAL appeared on the first page of Google when potential customers were searching for particular courses.

The analytics showed the site was receiving more than 1,000 hits a month from people looking for courses and the client was delighted with the amount of courses and programmes being booked through it.
