PR & Social Media Executive

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or PR executive in the early stages of their career to become an integral part of a successful, established agency where fast career progression and promotion is available for the right person.

Able to work across B2C and B2B brands spanning the UK, we are looking for an ambitious go-getter with a passion for PR, who is buzzing with creativity and driven by a desire to deliver results for our amazing portfolio of clients.

Location

Monday – Thursday (working from home on a Friday) @ 24 Park Square West, Leeds, LS1 2PW.

Key responsibilities

Consistently generate high-quality media coverage and backlinks through media relations
Be responsive to news stories and trends that impact our clients and always alert to newsjacking opportunities
Produce engaging social media content
Write strong press materials for a variety of clients, stories and campaigns
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) for clients
Work across both B2C and B2B sectors
Build relationships with journalists and develop and maintain media lists
Provide support to account managers and directors in the execution of all aspects of client activity
Create monthly PR coverage and social media reports that showcase performance against agreed KPIs

Engaging, enthusiastic and eager to learn
Have a strong interest in PR and all aspects of social media
Excellent written skills and attention to detail
Good time management
Flair for creativity
