Source Marketing hits growth stride with senior promotion

Leeds-based PR and performance-led marketing agency, Source Marketing has promoted Lewis Scott to account director as it continues to invest in its team and support its next phase of growth.

Lewis first joined Source in 2018 on a university placement, before continuing with the agency in a post-graduate part-time role. Following a period running his own business, he returned to Source full-time in 2023 and has since progressed quickly through the ranks.

Since rejoining, he has taken on increasing responsibility across a range of client accounts, while also supporting the development of the wider team. Over the past year, he’s been integral in two executive hires and their subsequent on-boarding; contributing to the agency’s delivery standards and day-to-day account management.

In his new role, Lewis will continue to lead key accounts, shape strategy and support the ongoing growth and development of the agency’s team and client offering.
