Source secures Homesearch PR and digital marketing brief

Leeds-based Source has been appointed by property data and estate agent prospecting platform, Homesearch to grow brand awareness and increase its market share.

Homesearch arms estate agents with big data on the entire property stock in England and Wales – enabling them to generate new leads and win more instructions. The London-based proptech firm is now the go-to prospecting solution for market leaders such as Knight Frank, Hamptons and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and has just completed a £5m Series A funding round with the venture capitalist firm that originally backed Zoopla.

Source’s core strategic focus will be on building the brand, educating audiences on the Homesearch proposition, driving increased revenue and growing market share by attracting new estate agent subscribers to its platform.

Martha Phillips, a director at Source, said: “Working with one of the UK’s most innovative proptech brands and helping drive their ambitious growth plans is a major coup for Source. It really plays to our integrated PR and digital marketing capabilities and the whole team is thrilled to be at the start of what feels like an exciting journey for Homesearch after its recent VC backing.

“It’s not every day that you get chance to work with a brand that is looking to completely transform the property market and the way estate agents do business.”

Nikki Anderson, chief marketing officer for Homesearch added: “Source really impressed me with its strategic thinking, creative ideas and proven track-record in delivering excellent results for clients. They join the business at such an exciting time, given that we’ve quickly established ourselves as the most comprehensive data and insight platform in the property market and have placed no ceiling on what we want to achieve. We’re confident Source will spearhead our marketing strategy and help us deliver our business growth aims.”
