The Client

Homesearch is a leading property data and estate agent prospecting platform. 

The Brief

Source was tasked with developing and implementing an integrated PR and digital marketing strategy to achieve the following key objectives: 

  • Drive increased brand awareness amongst target estate agent audiences
  • Educate agents on the key benefits of the Homesearch platform
  • Increase sales lead volumes via organic and paid channels

The Strategy

Having uncovered unique insights into Homesearch’s target estate agent audiences, such as their online behaviour through to their media consumption, we identified that PR, SEO and paid digital would be the core channels to achieve our agreed KPIs. 

The PR focus was on quickly establishing Homesearch’s presence in trade titles, supplying journalists with a drip feed of industry announcements, thought leadership comment opportunities and property data-led stories. This, coupled with a sustained programme of organic social media activity, enabled us to both raise the profile of Homesearch and communicate the core messages and benefits of the platform to agents. 

From a lead generation perspective, PPC and paid LinkedIn campaigns played a pivotal role in increasing online visibility, traffic and conversions. Video and other creative content assets enabled us to tell a more engaging story about Homesearch and educate estate agents on the power of harnessing big data. 

Our approach to SEO to increase organic sales leads centred on first producing an in-depth audit, followed by implementing technical recommendations and managing the recent SEO migration to support Homesearch’s transition to a new website. 

In just under 12 months of working with Homesearch, giant strides have been made with KPIs exceeded across all channels and the marketing foundations in place to further help support the proptech company on its ambitious growth path.
